This villa is ideally located in the residential area of Pointe Milou facing the ocean and Turtle Island, and is blessed by a constant breeze. Enter through a lovely gate opening onto a small patio leading down to the villa. The airy living room features large and comfortable off-white sofas facing the terrace, the pool and the ocean view. At the back, the dining area for 4 people and the gourmet kitchen are located in the same room. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers an additional guest bathroom. The new air-conditioned master bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and offers a sea view. This villa is perfect for a couple or honeymooners discovering the island for the first time.
