Unsurpassed Ocean and Bay Views
A spectacular double staircase at the entrance leads to a large living room overlooking the pool area. Off-white sofas and chairs with lime green cushions and antique decorations inspire the refined décor. On the left, across a covered corridor, a large gourmet kitchen opens to an outdoor covered dining area overlooking the pool and bay.
On the right, a master bedroom faces the ocean and opens onto an enclosed garden. This well-decorated bedroom in off-white and blue fabric has a 4-poster king-size bed with 2 marble bathrooms and connected outdoor showers. The second bedroom, which opens to a terrace facing the view, features a king-size bed and en suite marble bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. The rooms are connected by a loggia with tables and seating in an interior garden with a small fountain.
The third bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the garden and has a king-size bed, en suite marble bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, a private terrace, and views.
On the pool level, a few steps lead to a large air-conditioned TV-room with TV, 2 sofas and an en suite marble bathroom. Directly behind is a well-equipped, air-conditioned exercise room and office with an en suite marble bathroom. The large solar-heated pool is nestled amidst 200-year-old trees and surrounded by lounge chairs.
A sofa bed in the TV room is available with prior approval to sleep one guest for an additional charge. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in garden, but not inside the villa.
Villa Les Amis Du Vent comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets.

Living Room: Large w/off-white sofas & armchairs w/lime green cushions, opens to ocean view & pool area. Antiques & Oscar de La Renta stone table for dining.
Kitchen: Large gourmet kitchen w/outdoor BBQ. Wonderful views of the ocean & opens to the covered dining area overlooking the ocean, Marigot Bay & the pool.
Dining Room: Located off the kitchen an outside covered dining area seating 8 to 10 people w/blinds facing the ocean.
TV Room: Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath. Large downstairsTV room with two sofas and full marble bath and 55" large flat screen Satellite TV/DVD
Garden: A lush tropical garden surrounds the villa w/ gaiacs, cactus & tropical plantings. The inside walled garden is surrounded by 12' Loggia.
Gym: On lower level behind TV room, a well-equipped exercise room with treadmill & free weights. Office w/ printer, 2 fax machines and a printer.
Terrace: Off the living room there is a lovely covered terrace surrounded by the garden and overlooking the pool and unbelievable ocean view.
Note: This villa sleeps 6 people, 1 person can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the TV Room for an additional charge, this rate varies season to season.
