Be smart with your home and your time

Being a onefinestay homeowner is more than just having guests stay in your home when you're out of town.

You'll benefit from a complete service — from marketing and insurance through to cleaning, management and maintenance.

It's all controlled, safe and secure. And, of course, you'll be rewarded financially, or through other benefits we extend to our homeowners.

It’s safe. It’s secure. You’re in control

We know your home is your pride, your joy and almost the most important thing in your life. And that lending it to us, for however short or long a time, is a matter of the utmost trust. Which is why security is front and centre of our thinking.

We’ve developed a battery of processes to make sure that your peace of mind is not disturbed when you’re away. From insurance and key handling, through to checking the identity of guests, meeting them when they arrive at your door, and making sure they obey your house rules, we have everything in place to be proper custodians of your home.

The hassle-free way to have someone stay while you’re away

Having guests to stay with the hassle taken away? Sounds impossible. But we’ve cracked it.

We’ve considered and redesigned every aspect of the process, so that we take on all the fuss and bother. And we really do mean all. From preparing your home with toiletries and our bed linen, to cleaning once your guests have gone, we take care of everything, so you don’t have to.

It’s hassle free, that’s the big thing. Once you’re set up and ready to go then your only real involvement is logging onto the website and allocating when you’re going to be away.

An easy way to earn a bit extra

Frankly, short of planting a money tree in your back garden and having it tended to by the Royal Horticultural Society, there really isn’t a simpler way to make a bit of additional income.

All you have to do is give us an idea of how much you’ll be away. You can firm up the exact days through our online availability calendar. All we ask for is a minimum of six weeks availability, spread across the year.

And we’re developing other perks and privileges too, that will be available only for our homeowners.

The money I made in the summer from the bookings has been put back into the house. It’s a big house and it needs a lot of upkeep.

Show someone the side of the city you love

We’ll be candid with you. Our experience over the last few years has shown us that the unhotel is an idea whose time has come. People like you — professionals with families, business travellers — absolutely love travelling to and staying in cities of global renown in a manner that does away with the need for staying in a undistinguished hotel. By sharing your home with them, you’ll be participating in something bigger — the chance to change the way we all travel.

That’s got to be worth two minutes of your time, no?

What happens next?

That’s simple. Click the button below to take a two-minute questionnaire. If it looks like we’ll be a good fit for each other, one of them will be in touch, for a chat, and maybe a cup of tea.

Is your home right?

Our ears are burning

But in a nice way. Because it’s not just us who are suggesting you should join onefinestay:

People are doing it…even your smartest friends — especially your smartest friends.
