Sea Vistas (KYR)

Villa Sea Vistas (KYR) is a 4-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa enjoys spectacular views of the landscape and ocean.

The décor features bamboo stalks, artwork, and exotic wood. The spacious, open living room is comfortably furnished and connects to the well-equipped kitchen, which opens to the pool and view.

The large master bedroom is just a few steps up from the kitchen, and has a large dressing area and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom (with an exterior shower) is on the other side of the villa, while the other 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level down a flight of stairs. Three bedrooms have king-size platform beds, while 1 bedroom offers twin beds or a king-size bed.

The large, heated infinity pool overlooks the panoramic view. A gas grill is located on a separate deck just below the pool, making this an ideal spot to entertain. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi, and U.S. and French satellite TV.

Villa Sea Vistas (KYR) comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 8 and older, but does not allow pets.

Bedroom 3: 2T or 1K, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, In-room Safe, Safe, Screens. Downstairs (about 20 steps), opens to the terrace facing St Jean Bay. Ensuite bathroom w/double vanity, shower and large closets.

Bedroom 4: 1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, In-room Safe, Safe, Satellite TV, Screens. Master bedroom. Platform bed and opens to the terrace facing St Jean Bay. Ensuite bathroom has double vanity, shower and large dressing area.

Living Room: Living room with large and comfortable sofas. Large flat screen TV, Canal Sat, DVD, Surround Bose System and internet access

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with electric/gas stove and breakfast bar, opening to dining room & view Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Espresso Machine, Icemaker, Microwave, Toaster, Wine Cooler

Dining Room: Dining room with large wooden table for 8 people. Opening to the living room and the terrace

Terrace: Large deck/terrace built on 2 levels that includes a sundeck with 8 deckchairs and a gas grill
