Up to two additional guests may be accommodated on a pull out sofa. Additional guests will be charged as follows: under two - free; 2- 16 $105 per night; over 16 $500 per night.
Check-in and Check-out: In order to turn the houses over between guest visits, guests are not able to check into their houses until 3:00PM on the day of their arrival. Check-out time is 10:00AM at the latest.
Rates are inclusive of food, house beverages, Butler service, golf carts and the use of all non-motorized activities. Small boats are available for guest use - pending competency test and weather conditions.
Children under the age of 2 are free of charge. Children between the ages of 2 and 16 are on special request at a charge of $105 per week.
There is no smoking inside the rental villas.
Holiday rates (Christmas & Easter) are available upon request.
